About Me

Jill has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years, initially teaching aerobics, step, stretch, fitball and conditioning classes. She became a member of Fitness Professionals in 1993 and began teaching Pilates in 2007 after training with "Pilates Training Solutions" . Since then Jill has gone on to specialise in the management of lower back pain. She is also a pre and post natal Pilates specialist with "The Centre for Womens' Fitness". Since qualifying Jill has continued to attend a variety of courses and workshops which have enabled her classes to develop into a unique blend of Pilates, footwork, myofascial release, relaxation....and so on. She has attended courses and workshops with Sherri Betz and Rebecca Rothstein covering osteoporosis, Gary Carter for "Anatomy and Movement", Tom Myers and James Earls for "Anatomy Trains", John Gibbons for "Advance Therapy" and "Posture Analysis", Madeline Black for pelvic floor issues and Mary Bond for posture and foot many more.

Jill teaches matwork classes to a variety of ages and abilities and strives to ensure that all individuals are catered for even within a group setting. She also offers one to one tuition.
